App Overview

BirdTrack is organised by British Trust for Ornithology (BTO) to collect lists and casual records for BirdTrack users within the UK and Ireland. Records can be collected offline, and then verified and uploaded later, when convenient. GPS integration included and helpful recent local species & location hotspot viewers make this a useful app for any birdwatcher in the UK and Ireland. BTO already had an Android version of this app so this iOS version helps the Trust in making the app accessible to more birdwatchers.

Client Feedback

The BTO worked very closely with App Developers UK to produce the BirdTrack App for iOS, which we are very pleased with. The managers and developers were experienced and professional yet approachable, and we had an excellent and regular dialogue with them. The requirements were complex and specific, but App Developers UK delivered successfully and in good time. I have already recommended their services to other interested conservation bodies, particularly since they were considerate of our charitable status. Dr Iain Downie, Joint Head of IS, BTO
